Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit and eligible for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
